Fees

The following Service Fees (service charges) apply to Merchants using the Affiliate Network System. The fees apply per Affiliate Program. The prices shown exclude VAT which will be added if applicable.

Note: The fees listed to not include the Referral Fees and Commissions due to Affiliates, nor any applicable VAT on same.

In exceptional circumstances, where a merchant's affiliate program is deemed by Vendexo to be generating a high request load on its servers, and yet not generating sufficient service fees, Vendexo may introduce a minimum monthly service fee for said merchant in order to ensure sustainability. This will be notified to merchants in advance, and not applied retrospectively.
